Thank you for shopping with Comfort Threads. Every item is made to order specifically for you.

Order Processing

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Please note that fulfillment times may be longer during holidays or periods of high order volume.


Shipping Times

After your order has been fulfilled, estimated shipping times are:

  • Domestic Orders: 1–8 business days
  • International Orders: 1–20 business days

Estimated Delivery Time = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, selected shipping method, and the items in your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.


Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you.
