Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 17, 2026
At Comfort Threads, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges except as outlined in this policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve your claim, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, you must contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned because the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.
Unclaimed Shipments
Orders returned because they were unclaimed or not collected may be reshipped upon request. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Unclaimed returned items that are not reshipped within a reasonable period may be disposed of or donated without refund.
Returns & Buyer's Remorse
Because all products are made to order, Comfort Threads does not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong color
- Buyer's remorse
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
Please review all product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Do not return any item without contacting us first.
Size Exchanges
We do not offer free size exchanges.
If you require a different size after your order has been produced, a new order must be placed.
Personalized & Made-to-Order Products
Products that are custom-made, personalized, or produced specifically for your order are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Health & Hygiene Products
For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed products are not eligible for return once opened.
European Union Customers
Under Article 16(c) and 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Where permitted by applicable law, returns for these products may be refused.
